Thanks to Ant for recommending this awesome YouTube channel on health food and spirituality by Dan McDonald the Life Regenerator. This guy is a shining example of not only health and wellness, but of someone walking the path of unconditional love, honesty, and sincere self-expression. Having been a vegan for the last year and trying my hardest to get in as much raw food as possible, I can definitely say i am the happiest i have been in my life!

Glad to see more information being posted on the positive side of things, and the things that normally go unnoticed to conspiracy theorists.

Raw food is what truely matters as this was the path of Jesus and the path the Creator designed for us to follow.

Keep up the good work, im a huge fan of your blog and you are one of the only sources on the internet i really resonate with. Keep your open mind and your loving heart and may love and god be with us all :]

Thanks guys. I am also big into health but rarely post about it because of my (unhealthy?) pre-occupation with conspiracy theories :P

I've been vegetarian for a couple years now, eating about half raw, half cooked. I fast regularly for the natural detox, and avoid all pharmaceuticals, western doctors/hospitals, chemicals, pesticides, GMO, aspartame, melamine, high-fructose corn syrup, preservatives, additives, white sugar, white flour, and other crap that makes me feel heavy and sickly - pretty much any product with a shiny package and more than 5 ingredients I stay away from. I don't drink alcohol or sodas, but drink lots of (non-fluoridated) water and juices. I eat lots of raw organic fruits and vegetables, nuts, seeds, berries, brown rice and wheat pasta. I drink a couple shots of raw organic apple cider vinegar daily, as well as spirulina and chlorella herb capsules. I don't put any chemicals on my skin, use only natural shampoo, soap, deodorant etc. and non-fluoridated toothpaste. I do yoga, wing chun, and meditation daily, breathe only through my nostrils 100% of the time and breath using my diaphram not my chest/throat.

I add, subtract, and refine my personal health regiment constantly, but this is where I'm at at the moment and it works wonders for me. I haven't been to a doctor/dentist/or taken a pill for over 5 years. I am the healthiest person I personally know. My girlfriend is second. So glad to hear Atlantean Conspiracy readers are also looking after their health!
