Bangkok Wing Chun - The Science of Self-Defense
Big thanks to my senior student Shane and my camerawoman First on Fire for helping me create these excellent new videos to promote my martial training kwoon, Bangkok Wing Chun! The first video features knife defense training and part of the Wing Chun mook yan jong form. The second video has us doing some blindfolded sticky hands (chi sao) practice. And the third video is a compilation of Wing Chun trapping, bridging and punching drills, chi sao, Jeet Kune Do freestyle sparring, yoga/stretching and pranayama deep breathing. If you're in the Bangkok area and interested in Wing Chun, Yoga, and/or Pranayama lessons be sure to check out BangkokWingChun.com and get in touch with me to schedule a private session. Also be sure to subscribe to my YouTube channel for more fighting and conspiracy videos coming soon. Peace!
